Can You Gauge Public Safety Bycovid-19 Vaccination Trackingcovid-19 Vaccination Tracking?
Well, 2020 sure sucked, didn’t it? It is still far too soon to tell about 2021, and we all are doing our best to remain optimistic, and not let the stress of all of this get to us. But, this is been a rather stressful point in history, though it is also been a major turning point in history as well.
In this past year and a half, give or take, we have learned that telecommuting is the best solution for office work, delivery services are better employed for things like groceries and restaurants, and theaters really were a big waste of money after all. These are just a few of the lessons we’ve learned, and I am very embarrassed by my species in the fact that one of the lessons we had to learn was to wash our hands. I could’ve sworn we were all on the same page with that one!
Right now, none of us are sure how safe we are. But, with the news of vaccines, one might wonder if you contractors how safe your area is via covid-19 vaccination tracking. Is covid-19 immunisation tracking a good metric for tracking how dangerous an area is? If not, precisely why not?
The truth is, the answer to this is actually a bit more than the scope of this article can broach, and is a bit more intricate than I am qualified to discuss anyhow. However, I can give a brief answer and explain myself within reason.
Spoiler: for now, covid-19 immunisation tracking is not a viable way to track how dangerous an area is. Unless you know the exact population of an area, and contract for people coming and going from surrounding areas, as well as 1 million other factors such as immunosuppression and effectiveness of the vaccine, then no, you can’t really get a viable metric on how safe an area is at this point.
Will covid-19 immunisation tracking be a viable metric later?
This sort of tracking is actually done by percentiles and big, rounded numbers in general. At some point, the saturation of vaccination will be sufficient that yes, you’ll be able to tell when it’s safe to be a little more open and out there yet again.
However, covid-19 vaccination tracking should never be your guide for when you can stop doing things like wearing a mask. Trust doctors and disease control specialist to tell you when this is safe, and don’t go being reckless until then.
Please, realize how important it is for everyone to continue doing their part. Believe me, I hate wearing masks to, and count myself very fortunate in the fact that I never went out without needing something before all of this happen, so I haven’t really felt the impact that others have from this quarantine.
Please also be willing to accept the vaccine, and don’t buy into any of this nonsense about vaccines being dangerous, nor the tools of some sort of grand conspirators.
