Vending machines are a staple of public places in America. Especially in hotels and airports, vending machines are the way many people get food during their time there. But there are some key differences between a hotel vending machine and an airport vending machine. Difference in Prices An airport vending machine and a hotel vending machine will not have the same prices. While vending machines within hotels traditionally sell snacks for one to two dollars, airport vending machines tend to charge more. This is because people entering airports have no other place to go, so they are forced to use the vending machine. Hotels, in contrast, charge a more traditional rate as they know their customers can enter and leave at their own leisure.
