Why consultancy in IT recruitment is mandatory!
IT recruitment agencies are crucial, even in an era where recruitment is a lot easier than it once was. You might of May so eliminate the need for a recruitment consultant in certain role/field/departments within your company, though I don’t recommend eliminating them entirely from any aspect of HR, when it comes incoming candidates. However, you cannot omit IT crew recruitment agencies, especially if IT and technology aren’t focuses of your company, wherein you would have a lot of people with a general grasp on key qualifications. Unfortunately, IT is an extremely broad, poorly-defined thing. They could mean so many things related to computers and digital communications, from your web designer to your in-house tech support, customer tech support, administration, infrastructure maintenance, you name it.
